Purpose of this website

The website explains Lionwork's services and provides a way to explore a potential engagement. It is not a client operating system, professional advice, or an offer that can be accepted without a written agreement.

Operating Underwrite

The Underwrite helps organize a prospect's description of an operation. Its questions and AI-assisted guidance may be incomplete, and they do not promise that Lionwork will accept an engagement or that a particular architecture, schedule, price, or outcome is appropriate.

Commercial recommendations follow authorized human review. A project begins only when both parties sign the applicable proposal, statement of work, or other engagement agreement.

Your submissions

You remain responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for having permission to provide it. You grant Lionwork the limited permission needed to process that information, respond to you, and evaluate the potential engagement as described in the Privacy notice.

Do not submit credentials, sensitive personal data, regulated records, or a third party's confidential information unless Lionwork has expressly agreed on a secure method and purpose.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with its operation, send unlawful or deceptive material, probe for vulnerabilities without written authorization, or use automated traffic in a way that degrades service for others.

Site content and examples

Lionwork owns or licenses the site design, writing, marks, demonstrations, and other published material. You may review and share links for legitimate evaluation, but may not present the material as your own or reuse it to imply an endorsement.

Animated system models and selected-work narratives explain patterns and implementation evidence. They should not be read as a promise that every feature is live for every client or that another business will achieve the same result.

Availability and external services

Lionwork may change, suspend, or correct the site and its intake. Links and services operated by other companies are governed by their own terms. No online service can be guaranteed to remain uninterrupted, error-free, or secure in all circumstances.

Project terms control

These website terms do not replace an NDA, proposal, statement of work, data processing agreement, or other signed project document. If a signed agreement conflicts with these terms for a client engagement, the signed agreement controls that engagement.
