What Lionwork collects, why the Operating Underwrite needs it, how AI may assist, and how to ask for deletion.Effective August 21, 2026 · Version 2026-08-21
Scope
This notice describes how Lionwork handles information collected through lionwork.ai, including the fit-call request and Operating Underwrite. A separate agreement governs information processed inside a client system we build or operate.
Information you provide
Depending on the path you choose, the intake may collect:
- your name, work email, company, role, and preferred contact details;
- the workflow, operating failure, systems, constraints, and desired result you describe;
- qualification details such as urgency, company scale, access readiness, and investment range;
- your consent choices and source attribution.
Please do not submit passwords, payment-card data, protected health information, government identifiers, or confidential records that are not needed to evaluate the opportunity.
How the information is used
Lionwork may use intake information to:
- prepare and deliver guided intake feedback;
- assess fit, scope the next conversation, and conduct founder review;
- respond to requests and, when permitted, follow up about the opportunity;
- protect the website, prevent abuse, and maintain an auditable intake record;
- understand completion and conversion using content-free journey events.
Journey analytics are designed to record events such as a step beginning or a submission completing—not the narrative content of your answers.
AI-assisted guidance
When AI guidance is enabled, relevant intake answers may be routed through Vercel AI Gateway and a configured model provider to generate structured prompts or observations. AI guidance supports the intake; it does not make a binding sales, credit, employment, or other consequential decision.
A submission intended for commercial review is reviewed by Herry or an authorized member of Lionwork before a recommendation is made.
Service providers and disclosure
Lionwork may use providers for hosting, database storage, model access, email delivery, security, and customer-relationship management. They receive information only as needed to perform their service under their applicable terms. Lionwork may also disclose information when required by law or to protect people, systems, and legal rights.
Lionwork does not describe Underwrite submissions as public portfolio material without separate permission.
Retention and deletion
Retention is governed by the policy configured for the deployed intake and applicable legal, security, and commercial requirements. Before production intake is enabled, Lionwork will complete the required review, name the accountable operator, and publish the applicable retention period. Active reviews and commercial relationships, deletion requests awaiting verification, and records placed on legal hold may require different handling until their status or obligation is resolved.
You may request deletion or correction by emailing hello@lionwork.ai. Lionwork will verify the request before acting and may retain a minimal record when needed for security, legal, or transactional integrity.
Consent and your choices
Required processing consent covers handling the information needed to answer your request. Any optional marketing consent is separate. You can withdraw optional consent or ask Lionwork to stop follow-up at any time by emailinghello@lionwork.ai.
Before you submit, the editable draft and guided-intake state stay in this browser tab; Lionwork does not represent that local recovery copy as a server-backed account, resume service, or export vault. Server-backed status and deletion controls begin only after a durable submission returns a secure receipt.
Security
Lionwork uses administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the intake, including restricted founder access, secret separation, rate limits, and records of important state changes where configured. No internet service can promise absolute security.
Read the Security & Assurance page for the system design principles used during delivery.
Contact and changes
Questions, deletion requests, and privacy concerns can be sent to hello@lionwork.ai. This notice may change as the intake and production controls mature; the date shown above identifies the version presented with a submission.
